iLEAD Schools is seeking industry and community leaders to join our iLEAD CTE Advisory Council, a voluntary partnership of experts helping to prepare the next generation of workforce-ready talent in our schools.

Industry Sectors
We are recruiting advisory council members from the following industry sectors:
- Agriculture
- Arts, Media, and Entertainment (AME)
- Business and Finance
- Education, Child Development, and Family Services
- Health
- Health Science & Medical Technology
- Marketing, Sales, and Service
- Public Service
- Aerospace

As a council member, you will have a direct voice in:
- Advising: Assessing programs and suggesting improvements.
- Assisting: Supporting student competitions and work-based learning opportunities.
- Advocating: Promoting CTE programs within our community.
Your service also offers you valuable personal and professional benefits, including early access to emerging talent, opportunities to build community partnerships, and a direct role in strengthening our local economy.
Time Commitment & Service
We respect your busy schedule and keep our requirements highly manageable:
- Meetings: Only two meetings annually (one virtual, one in-person).
- Terms: Members typically serve a three-year term to ensure a balance of continuity and fresh perspectives.
- Optional Engagement: You are also welcome to participate as a guest speaker, mentor, or internship partner as your schedule allows.

Our Inaugural Network-Wide Meeting is scheduled for October 15, 2026, at 12:15-3:00 PM, held in person at iLEAD Headquarters, 29477 The Old Rd, Castaic, CA. Lunch will be provided.
